Kickboxing

This class is a full body conditioning class that focuses on strength, stretching, ab and core work. Boxing and kickboxing combinations on heavy bags will be performed as well as speed, agility and plyometrics exercises. This class is a high intensity cardio workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. All levels welcome.
